Morris Sutton, President & CEO :
COMPANY AND INDUSTRY HISTORY:
Morris Sutton launched his career in the entertainment industry when he founded Majesco Sales Incorporated in 1986. With much success, he served as CEO and chairman of the board for over 20 years. Morris is most recognized for a successful venture in 1997 in which Majesco Sales signed a contract with NOA to remanufacture SNES titles. Under this contract, Morris’ company was responsible for remanufacturing various titles with several major third party companies. In addition to fulfilling the contract with NOA in a 6-month period, Majesco Sales surpassed the minimum guarantee. Due to this success, Nintendo (who was contemplating discontinuing the SNES) revisited the device and continued with the program. To this day, Majesco Sales remains the only company who succeeded in a venture of this caliber.

On December 5, 2003, (under the leadership of Morris), Majesco Sales Inc. completed a reverse merger with ConnectivCorp, (then a publicly traded company with no active operations). ConnectivCorp was incorporated in 1998 under the laws of the State of Delaware. As a result of the merger, Majesco Sales Inc. became a wholly-owned subsidiary and the sole operating business of the public company and on April 11, 2005, the public company changed its name to ‘’Majesco Entertainment Company’’ to better reflect its current operating business. On January 1, 2007, Morris Sutton became a paid consultant for the company. Morris’ son, Jesse Sutton, is currently the CEO of Majesco Sales, Inc. and Morris currently holds a renewed contract as well as a no-noncompete, (which means that he can compete) with Majesco. Whether serving Majesco Entertainment Company as Chairman, Interim CEO or as a paid consultant, Morris oversaw and has been personally responsible for the publishing of several extremely successful games and was revered to be integral in building Majesco into a leading provider of value-priced video game software.

In 2008, Morris founded MSI Entertainment, LLC where he continues to utilize his vast global network to distribute and provide retail partners with the latest video game and NOA licensed 3DS video game accessory technology. MSI Entertainment currently holds a license from NOA for games and accessories for the 3DS platform. In addition, Morris is currently active in exploring and developing business strategies in the used and remanufactured goods market. He has been so successful in his endeavors in the past that corporate leaders have even taken great interest in replicating several of Morris’ business models and strategies. Morris’ time with Majesco has given him tremendous insights into the gaming market and has allowed him to foster close relationships with some of the United States largest retailers of gaming products. It is clear that Morris’ 40+ years of business experience have led to personal relationships with key retail customers, developers, entertainment executives and 3rd party companies that render him an ideal leader in the industry.

Software Publishing Experience: While serving Majesco Entertainment, Morris Sutton oversaw the development and publishing of successful titles such as Cooking Mama and Cooking Mama 2: Dinner with Friends. In addition, he recently served Majesco Entertainment as a consultant on all the publishing of Zumba Fitness games and served as an integral advisor throughout the development and launch of the NBA Baller Beats game.
